Especially when working with data, integrations, or new requirements, additional effort may arise. A clearly defined scope and close communication are key. I raise any changes early and only implement them after we have aligned on them, no surprise additional costs.
A flexible capacity model makes it easier to accommodate such changes.
Strategy, planning, and overall project management are handled directly by me. Depending on the project, specialized experts may support coordination or technical implementation, with clear responsibilities.
No problem, digital projects evolve. Priorities, scope, and timing can be adjusted together. If the changes are more substantial, we can also switch flexibly from a project-based collaboration to a capacity model or define a follow-up project.
There is no sudden “project complete, good luck.” After testing and handover, the solution can either be managed internally or further developed and optimized together.
